DISSEMINATION
Good things are meant to be shared. The methodology of Fundação Gol de Letra has been replicated in projects with partners in Brazil and in Africa. Professionals of other organizations have been educated to apply Gol de Letra´s “way of doing things” in their social projects.
The dissemination of social technology is applied by the professionals of the Integral Education and Sports areas, both in public and private institutions that require educational activities focused on sports and citizenship awareness, in communities with social vulnerability aspects.
The implementation of projects or educational activities are organized based on five challenges: contribute to the organizations´ development, educate the professionals according to Gol de Letra´s methodology, qualify the learning activities, promote the education of young people and adults as Multipliers (monitors and sports agents), and favour the empowerment of the families and of the community.
The actions involve the implementation and supervision of Integral Education and Sports in local social organizations, which have been developed in communities of eleven Brazilian cities since 2009. In 2015 these initiatives took place in six cities in Brazil (Brasília, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Embu das Artes and Salvador), and also in Guiné-Bissau (Africa). The Dissemination area has courses for educators of public and private schools or organizations, including process evaluation and print publication which contribute to the development of other social and professional activities.
Several partnership projects were developed in 2015 as the “Ginga Social” and a Social and Technical Cooperation Project between Brasil and Guiné-Bissau, entitled “Young Leadership Project to Multiply Educational Best Practices”.
The educational activities developed during 2015 in São Paulo were dedicated to the educators of the technical schools (Centro Paula Souza) and to the Physical Education teachers in São Miguel Paulista District, via Tide Setúbal Foundation.
The highlights in 2015 were the following:
● New activity format of the project entitled “Ginga Social Estação Esportiva” – Embu das Artes (Social and Sports Activities).
● The Seminar entitled “Ginga Social – Esporte em Comunidades” (Social and Sports activities in the Communities).
● Two international cooperation missions in Guiné-Bissau.
● The research on “Transformation of the Life of Sports´ Young Monitor”, presenting motivational aspects, opinions about the participation in the Project, learning topics and the changes in young people´s lives.
"Undoubtedly, one of Gol de Letra´s differentials is its systematic methodology. In fact, it is an adaptable and flexible methodology that uses very specific training and tools. The main objective of Adidas is establishing a sports culture to expand its access to everyone.
The objective is giving the entities a legacy based on a differentiated regard concerning sports. The most recent project, started in August 2015 in Embu das Artes (SP), highly indicated the possibility of integrating the families and the communities, therefore, we adapted the project.
As funding contributors we understand that this is a “live” construction, characterized by continuity and progress. I also want to emphasize the importance of our assessments concerning Ginga Social. They show the full capacity of the project, not only the figures, but the communities´ social transformation, which, although not obvious, can be seen in the statements of the persons interviewed for the assessments”.

“The project is exceptional. Besides teaching I am also learning a new way of giving classes, based on the education we are having with Gol de Letra´s support. Working with educational sports is not an easy task, as we have to give a lot of attention to the education of growing-up children and adolescents. “It certainly answered to all the expectations. Gol de Letra´s Facilitator was able to organize an activity which, like a metalanguage, has pointed out the inclusion issue by doing the inclusion.In my opinion, that was the highlight of this meeting. I note that the teachers of this group need direct actions that put them in motion.
In this sense, talking about the subject is essential. It was a very live and dynamic meeting. Counting on Gol de Letra´s young sports monitors was also fantastic. Seeing young people focused on a new education can make a difference to everyone! The provided experience, besides the chance of modelling the classes together, add value to our action in the territory, making it stronger.
