Institutional Development

Prospecting, articulation and commitment define the Institutional Development sector, consolidating Fundação Gol de Letra´s “way of being”. The sector is responsible for the financial stability, the proposition and follow up of the projects, and for the communication and networking of the organization. The Foundation´s focus is on the performance of programs and projects, and on institutional strenghtening.

 The Institutional Development is supported by the partnerships (companies, foundations, institutes, incentive legislations, individuals, events and mobilization campaigns). It includes the relationship with individuals and entities, the Project developments, the resource gathering and the account rendering.

The Communications sector supports resource gathering actions, strenghtening the institution before the companies and the civil society, mobilizing it to favour sports, education, culture and preparation for professional life. For that, the organization´s oficial channels are used (website, social networks, and leaflets), besides the Press and the inter-institutional relationship. In terms of programs and projects, the sector contributes to the dissemination of the activities to the assisted communities and the public in general.

Mobilization of Resources

In order to gather resources, Gol de Letra takes part in mobilization campaigns with companies, institutes and other organizations. These initiatives give an opportunity to link the brand to a social action, involving clients, collaborators, partners and others. People are mobilized to raise donations.

Gol de Letra Tournament

Playing in a big football court, like Maracanã (RJ) or Morumbi (SP), and occasionally becoming champions is the dream of many football team supporters. That is the experience that Gol de Letra Tournement propitiates to the football teams of big companies, organizing the most traditional corporate football championship in Brazil. It gathers resources for the Foundation. The said companies take part in the Championship by doing a donation to Gol de Letra. There are men and women teams. The women teams are only in S.Paulo.

The tournament is done annually. São Paulo and Paris had their 13th edition in 2016. São Paulo on 10/12/16 and Paris on 09/04/16. Rio de Janeiro had its 10th edition on 6/12/2016.

Football – in the DNA of the Foundation – it is the way to foster the sports activity and the integration between collaborators, mobilizing people and companies in social actions.

Entertainment and engagement together!

The party also counts on the presence of football stars, athletes of other sports modalities, and artists, that also play on the court and take part in a talkshow, depending on the event´s type.

France Gol de Letra Association

The French version of Gol de Letra was established in 2002, an action taken by friends of Rai and Leonardo, the Foundation´s founders. Its objective is promoting the Foundation´s work in several events, articulating actions and partnerships, and gathering resources donated by companies located abroad, specially in France.

The office located in Paris promotes the annual edition of Trophée Gol de Letra, an event that takes place since 2003 and which originated the Gol de Letra Tournament in Brazil. It  is also responsible for the organization of the  interexchange of young students (France/Brazil) in partnership with the French sports organization, Sport dans La Ville.

All the resources gathered by French Association are invested in Gol de Letra´s projects in Brazil.

Gol de Letra Tournament

Football matches between companies, that take place annually in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Paris; the revenue is dedicated to the maintenance of the Fundação´s programs and projects.

Majority Partner Programme:
