Testimonials
As a kid I loved playing football and used to come to FGL on Saturdays; for leisure activities. Years later, I joined the program called “Changing the Game” with the following activities: reading, writing, fine arts, music, and theatre. I take part in Youth Program and as I like subjects related to Communication I chose the audiovisual workshops. Each workshop represents a new progress in terms of technique. I am attending College (Journalism) and I want to work as a photographer in a big newspaper.
FGL is different from the conventional school. The result is not evaluated according to the student’s grade. You are well taken care and you learn things for life. I am happy here. In 20 years’ time I want to be married, with children, and employed in a TV station. I will certainly face obstacles, as nothing is easy, but I am prepared for that. Gol de Letra is very important to me, it taught me many things, it gave me the possibility of showing who I am and that I care about other people.
I think that theatre helps you find your own self and try the possibilities presented by Arts. I’ve always enjoyed working with the public, I realized that I am persistent and easy going too. I want to give rise to people’s feelings, either via theatre or via dance activities. I want to help people progress, and I also want to progress.
